I had the pleasure of interviewing Dieci Hair Stylist - Eden. He had some fabulous tips on hair maintenance, great product knowledge, and the perks of Dieci Lifestyle Spa!
I walked into Dieci Lifestyle Spa looking for beauty and sophistication and I was not disappointed. Dieci Lifestyle Spa was an ode to a beautiful villa in Italy, large and ready to pamper and care for everyone. The waiting area of Dieci had comfy furniture and beautiful murals it was a perfect setting to get beautified.
I especially loved the makeup station behind the gift shop and did I mention that Dieci also sells jewelry! At Dieci Lifestyle Spa, you can come in looking one way and leave looking glam.....

I attended the Beauty Night Out at The Puck Building on 295 Lafayette St in NYC! The event was from 5pm-10pm. I arrived at 7pm and there was so many people! The event was packed with fashionista's looking for some new products and great deals. There are some great jewelry, beauty, and fashion vendors were in attendance. I mentioned a few of my favs at the event and some of my purchases! There were also a few surprises at the event. Various cosmetic surgery specialist also present for consultations and information regarding different surgeries. So if you wanted some information on a nip/tuck, botox, or reconstructive surgery, then this was a great place to get it....

Sea of Love
There are many ways to have a wedding. You can have a traditional wedding with a church, lovely white roses, stretch limo, and pictures on the steps of the chapel You can have a wild and fun wedding with red dress, a funky venues, and a cakes worth a million words. A wedding can be anything you want it to be. It can be filled with drama or fun. Ian and I decided on fun and lots of traveling with family and friends! When Ian and I sat down made some decision on our wedding. We wanted an fun yet sophisticated wedding where our wedding guest to have experience that they will never forget. A wedding on the open sea! A sea of love, fun, and exploration. If you are getting married have a wedding ceremony that reflects you and your mate! Whether it is a traditional style or full of imagination. If you love to travel than have destination wedding. If you want a theme wedding, than do that too.
For me I wanted a destination wedding. I love to see new and interesting things. I also love the convenience of having a wedding with little to worry about. I am finding that having a wedding on a cruise is a lot easier than a traditional wedding plus less expensive. The caterer, the photographer, the officiant, and the florist are included in the Carnival wedding cruise package. How great is that! Many cruise line have their own vendors that the deal with exclusively. It is very convenient for a bride on a budget or a bride with little time....

My name is Malan B, I am 25, a freelance writer, and I am getting married. I wrote many exclusive articles for Glitterbuzzstyle.com. I was very excited that GBS want me to write about my journey as a bride and the wedding process.

The Proposal
So you are probably wondering, how did your fiancée propose. It was a proposal that was sweet, funny, and full of love. You have to understand that Ian and I are very playful and silly couple. We consistently play practical joke on each other, our proposal was a reflection of that. Ian and I were watching TV (TNA Wrestling to be precise.) Side note: I am a huge wrestling fan since I was a little girl. Ian and I were watching TNA Wrestling, when Ian pops the question.....

I started a new blog called Just Being Me at http://justmalanb.blogspot.com/
This is a personal journal about my like and the soundtrack that goes with it. So everyday I will talk about my work, my life and everything that falls in between. I notice a huge trend in the blogging industry. People want to know about each other’s lives! So, why not write about myself! It is the subject I know the best.
The difference between “Milan Malan” and “Just being Me” is that Milan Malan Word on the Street is geared towards showcasing new artist and new music! “Just Being Me” is about being a freelance writer with a love for music and a need to express my view on life; especially my own.
I hope that you will enjoy it.

Interview with Ongina from Logo’s RuPaul Drag Race
I got the chance to interview Ongina from RuPaul's drag race. If you are a big fan of Logo’s ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race, than you know that Drag Queen Ongina was the winner in an emotional segment and was crowned M·A·C VIVA GLAM SPOKESPERSON for a day. You also know that M·A·C cosmetics are a sponsor of RuPaul's Drag race. So on Wednesday, February 25, The M·A·C Cosmetics and Ongina presented a $25,000 check on behalf of the M·A·C AIDS FUND to the Hetrick-Martin Institute at the Harvey Milk High School.
Ongina was at the M·A·C Flatiron store to help raise awareness of HIV/AIDS. 100 percent of the selling price of M·A·C VIVA GLAM products goes towards the M·A·C AIDS Fund, which has raised over $140 Million for HIV/AIDS globally....

Backstage at the Richie Rich Fashion Show
Richie Rich went all out with his new solo line. When I went backstage, I entered another world. A world full of glamour, sugar, and spice and I loved it. There were many people involved in the fabulous Richie Rich show. So let get down to business!

M.A.C cosmetics did a great job on the makeup. The key makeup artist, Kabuki, came up with a wonderful look. Kabuki describes the look as a transition from Norma Jean to Marilyn Monroe with a punk twist. Think uptown girl meets downtown girl and they had a fabulous makeup party...
